Key Distinction: Your photos are never uploaded, sent, or transmitted to any external server or third-party service. You retain full control over your media files at all times.

• Ownership of Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all images you process using yResized. yResized claims zero rights or ownership over your content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you process do not violate any applicable copyright laws, trademark rights, or privacy laws of third parties.
